Yes, Quantum does offer conventional loans to those that qualify. Typically our underwriter will require 2 years tax returns in additional to a fico score of 680 plus in order to qualify

If I pay back the funding amount early is there a discount?

Yes there typically is a pre payment discount of 20%-30% based on the terms included in the funding contract,

Does Quantum Strategy Partners offer small business loans with terms longer than 1 year?

Yes our terms range from 6 months to 60 months
